Using URiTEXT
The stated aim of URiTEXT is to act as a resource for those interested in song, consisting of a number of translations of well-known songs into English. To this end, so that the material will be available to all, use of this database will at all times be without charge.
In the event that you do not find the translation of a text you need, I suggest you go to the comprehensive site, The Lied and Art Song Texts Page. This site, as well as listing thousands of texts in the original language, also has a number of translations, as well as the full names and dates of poets.

It would, of course, be of enormous interest to receive feed-back about the site from users and to be informed as to how and where the translations were used. Copies of programmes in which the translations were printed would be most welcome.
